Founding Beacon Physicians Drs. David McCallie and Winston Caine Honored as the 2009 Distinguished Physicians by Baroness Erlanger Foundation

• Retired and Founding Beacon physicians Drs. David P. McCallie and Winston Caine, Jr are the exclusive honorees this year as Erlanger Hospital's Baroness Foundation 2009 Distinguished Physicians.  Both internal medicine physicians have served exemplary roles in community leadership and commitment, in addition to their outstanding service as practicing physicians.  Dr. McCallie was instrumental in the formation of the hospital authority governing Erlanger Hospital and Dr.Caine served as chief of the division of hematology with the UT College of Medicine Chattanooga at Erlanger. 

• Beacon Health is extremely proud of Dr. McCallie and Dr. Caine and wish them heartfelt congratulations!
